San Diego Long Range Report by Bill Roecker
Ken Cirks used another new Calstar rod with the guides underneath, to go with his new Accurate TwinSpin 50 spinning reel, and caught a 160-pound tuna. He said he was hoping for a cow, and had no doubt the spinning reel could handle a big tuna. He fought the fish with a harness hooked to the reel seat of the new rig.
