Gabriel Mantano of Accurate Team Luna Sea landed this amazing 243 pound yellowfin tuna at the Gordo Bank off San Jose Del Cabo.
Gabriel is one of the managers at the East Cape Resort Rancho Leonero. The late afternoon into the dark has been the ticket the Gordo.

I get get out there and try my hand in those waters. I didn't have much luck with Alaska fishing.

Nice post and great pictures. You definitely need a good spinning fishing reel to handle such a beat. I own few pretty accurate Shimano Spinning Reels (my fav is Stella). What are you using?
